I desperately needed help. I'd accidentally drilled into an electrical cable and nothing in the kitchen worked anymore. Mr. Bayram was very friendly on the phone and immediately said he'd come. Less than 10 minutes later, he was at my door with his apprentice and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. I've never experienced such exemplary service from any other company. I wanted to give Elewo six stars, but that wasn't possible. Thank you, Mr. Bayram!

Excellent! We called shortly before Pentecost because the hot water wasn't working. Despite his busy schedule, he came to our place AFTER regular business hours and fixed the problem in no time. It took less than five hours from the call to the end. Extremely competent, very friendly and understanding! He doesn't leave you in the lurch, even if it's unplanned. A very pleasant man, and we'd be happy to work with him again!
